Studio Spot WANTED!!

I will be moving to the Asheville vicinity to attend Haywood Community College's clay program. 

I am looking for more or less 1 acre of reasonably priced land to build an efficient "tiny" house, space for my studio and a garden. Madison, Haywood, or Buncombe county would be ideal.
