The COVID-19 Impact Survey for Artists and Creative Workers

The COVID-19 Impact Survey for Artists and Creative Workers was designed by Americans for the Arts. From the survey website:

We imagine you’ve had enough of surveys—thanks for taking this one anyway. The information we’re gathering is crucial to telling the story of creative workers and making sure that you are supported during this ongoing crisis and the eventual recovery. This survey should take you no more than 15 minutes to complete, and requires no preparation.

This survey is entirely anonymous and is not connected with any application to Artist Relief or any other funding application.

Your responses won’t just sit in a database. We will be developing a simple dashboard to summarize the results, educate decision-makers, craft ways of supporting creative workers, and more.

At the end, there is an optional request to share your email address so that Americans for the Arts can follow up with you—those email addresses will not be shared, and will be used only to follow up on the information in this survey, unless you indicate otherwise.
