That is so sad, John. Can you isolate the bird to try and prevent the infection from spreading to the others?
This happened to our rabbit once. It is easily fixed with a little antibiotic cream from the Vet. I thought our rabbit would lose it's eye - but it came back no problem. Twice a day you just rub this cream on it's eye and after 2 or 3 days it will be back to normal.
Think it died. the others chased it off. Maybe Fowl pox?!
