Resident Artist Position

Audra Darbyshire

Natchez Clay offers a Resident Artist position. This is a two-year commitment which allows the graduate to develop his/her voice in clay and build a portfolio should they desire to pursue grad school. This non-paid position offers the Resident materials, equipment and firing capability as well as an opportunity to work in a great environment with a friendly group of potters who love to share and learn from each other. In exchange the Resident Artist is required to teach classes, assist at workshops, load and fire kilns and help manage the studio.
