3-Day Workshop, May 23-25
Friday 6-9 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday 9 a.m.- 4 p.m.
This workshop will focus on handbuilt slab salt and pepper dispensers such as shakers and small lidded pots. Participants will be introduced to making and using basic paper patterns to create their pots. We will discuss the opportunities a set or multiples has to offer. Pots will be constructed from earthenware clay. Two days will be completely devoted to wet construction. Terra sigillata and underglaze will be introduced on the final day. Some clay experience helpful but not required
