Making Large Vessels Workshop With Daniel Johnston

We are looking forward to welcoming Daniel Johnston to Odyssey for a 5-day workshop, Making Large Vessels. Participants will learn to make large pots with a coiling technique derived from Northeast Thailand. After learning to make pots in this method, students will learn slip trailing and other decoration skills adapted for large vessels. Daniel will discuss his own method of firing and how this process of making supports his business model.
