Jenni Sorkin lecture tonight at Penland

The lecture is tonight, Sunday, August 21st, at 8:15pm in Northlight on the Penland campus. Free and open to all.

Jenni Sorkin, Penland's 2016 Andrew Glasgow Writer in Residence, will present a talk about her new book, Live Form: Women, Ceramics and Community. While at Penland, Jenni will draw on her work as a contemporary art historian to write an essay about abstraction and textiles for a 2018 show at the National Gallery of Art.
