The City of Asheville has a kiln for up for auction. The current price (with zero bids) is $50.

Here’s the description from the auction website:

Skutt Electric kiln LT-3K
Has not been used in 5 years -would recommend having this inspected by a professional before use

Note: I think LT-3K is the kiln sitter model number, not the kiln model number. See the web listing for more info:
