Western North Carolina potter looking for handbuilding/animal sculpture workshop

Barbara Gilson is in Morganton and is hoping to locate a workshop within an hour or so of there. Here's what Barbara is looking for:

I would like to learn to sculpt animals. I have seen postings of classes offered but none remotely close. Check out Green Man Ceramics (Linda Erliz). That is what I am searching for. Surely there must be someone offering this type of classes. I am very appreciative of your help.
