I have a friend who would like to make some LARGE bonsai pots. His mother is a potter, so he has some clay experience and knowledge, just not the kiln capacity. Projected pots would be about 25-35 inches long, 4-7 inches deep, and 17-27 inches wide. He is offering what I think is a fair price to fire a few of these pots a year.
If anyone is interested in helping him out please let me know and I can pass the word along.
