KILN BUILDING CLASS THIS SUMMER!!!

University of Kentucky
A-S 390-011 Special Topics: Ceramic Kiln Building
Summer Session I (May 8-June5) M-F 8am-1pm

•NO prerequisite, ceramic or construction experience required.

•We will be building a 15-foot long tunnel wood kiln on Coldstream Farm just 6 miles north of UK campus.

•The kiln will be fired solely with wood, which is an amazingly fun and educational method to learn about ceramics.

•It will be an exciting hands on course. Enrolled students will also have access to the ceramics studio to make pieces for the Aristides Inaugural Firing at the end of the course.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
