Starbucks - Made in the USA

Here is a good article about "bring it back".

Now if we can just get them to buy Studio Potter's mugs and tea bowls for Chai tea.

Well, good for them. Their coffee still tastes burnt though...

Marian, come visit, and I will make you some Starbucks Komodo Dragon. Good stuff, doesn't taste burnt, and you can drink it out of your choice of some pretty cool mugs.

Get her hooked on the good stuff!

I have mixed emtions on this one- good for you for having your mug made in the USA- good for us that you will have a factory that can make 1000 pieces a day? I thought we were doing well to both make 40 a day....kicking the little guy again.
I hope folks continue to support handmade from the small makers.

There's an interesting discussion going on right now over at Chowhound regarding which chain "restaurant" has the most cultish following. General consensus has it as a tie between Starbucks and Chipotle. Oh, there are a lot of votes for In and Out Burger, too.

Marian, tea drinker at heart
