January Clay Club at John Britt Pottery!
January Clay Club will be from 6-8 pm next Wednesday, January 10th, at John Britt’s studio near Penland. Thanks to John for hosting us and organizing this Clay Club!
John will be hosting an oil spot glazing session for folks who signed up to take part in the firing. Everyone is welcome to come, even if you didn’t sign up for the firing.
John will have his wood fired pizza oven running during the meeting. He’ll provide the dough, sauce and cheese - bring your preferred toppings (pepperoni, sausage, peppers, etc.). Please bring additional food items (sides, salads, desserts, etc.), too, to go with the pizza for the potluck. Clay Club is BYOB, so bring drink, too.
John Britt Pottery is at 154 Sparks Rd, Bakersville, NC 28705. Google Maps will get you there: goo.gl/qjkJAJ
