CLAY CLUB MEETING MAY 13, 2009

It is that magic time of the month again!

Clay Club is happening Wednesday, May 13 at 6:30 p.m. and it will be held at the Silver Wings Studio and hosted by Lynda/Kirk Banner and Elizabeth Westveer.

The food theme is Mexican this week so bring what you like.

We will have a critique of several people’s pots. If you want to be in the critique contact Lynda ( ladybanner@yahoo.com ) to let her know. We need 2 or 3 people to bring things. It was really fun and helpful last time so there is no need to fear.

Also, Emily Reason will talk about the Smithsonian Show and how awesome she is, Linda McFarling and Cynthia Bringle may talk about the Clay Conference and John Britt my say something about his trip to Korea if there is time.

The directions are very simple. Go out 221 on Grassy Creek, pass the Valero station on the right and make the very next left onto Carters Ridge Road. Pass the entrance to the Unimin plant and look for the small red sign that says "Silver Wings Studio" on the right. It's just a couple of driveways past the plant entrance. Call 765-4468 or 828-385-6072 if help is needed.

To clarify the agenda: I will not be talking about how awesome I am.
But you must concede that you are awesome.
