Base Camp Iron Chef 2011

Now whenever I go to the refrigerator and try to assemble left-overs for dinner I think of Iron Chef. Today's secret ingredient is Stilton Cheese.

Here you can see I assembled a bed of lightly boiled spinach with sliced steak and melted Stilton Cheese.

Outstanding!

Looks great.I don't steam spinach anymore. A quick saute in butter and it's perfect with no draining.
