Seeking tenant (s) for a large, rural warehouse located at the end of Reems Creek Road on Maney Branch.
The earth-brimmed, green-design warehouse is over 6,000 square feet, not including the large dock area. About 1,000 square feet of that is a walk-in cooler (which can be used as a room if not needed as a cooler). There is access to single phase, 3-phase, 220 and a converter for electricity. The warehouse has domed skylights that provide plenty of light without ever having to turn on the lights. There is a garage door, kitchen and one bathroom. The warehouse is surrounded by an active organic farm/gardens, nature trail and residential community. It has an access for trucks, though we'd like to curtail most semi-traffic. $3,000 a month in rent, plus $3000 deposit. We provide water, sewer and garbage. Tenants would be responsible for electric, recycling, refrigeration and propane. Ideally the tenants would have low to no semi-traffic as well as moderate septic needs.
