Studio space needed

Studio potter needs about 300 sq. ft. of dry, heated, cooled space with water and bathroom access. Kitchen and WiFi would be great too. The space must be able to accommodate a kiln. If wiring isn't already in place, at least the possibility of putting it in would work. Must be within a 35 minute drive from Canton, NC. Having a sales opportunity in the space would be bonus.
