Looking to rent a portable slab roller

We make empanadas in Woodfin and think using a slab roller will provide the efficiency we need in preparing our dough. We recently tested our theory on a friend's large integrated-table slab roller and it worked great. We would need a portable slab roller that we can move in and out of the kitchen and would like to try our process on a machine of the size that we would eventually buy.

We would like to rent a portable slab roller for a weekend or two. We might buy a used one if we can test it first for our needs. Thanks! muchaempanadas@gmail.com
