Pottery Lessons available with Wood Song Pottery Studio
Join potters Joy Tanner and/or William Baker for private pottery lessons, guidance and feedback on your pots. We have been making pots for 23 years and would love to share what we have learned with others to help inspire you to learn and create! We are available online starting in October for these unique personalized and guided lessons for appointments via zoom. We also will have in-person slots for private lessons opening in November at our studio in Bakersville, NC.
These sessions can be personally tailored around your clay projects for a 1-on-1 experience. Bring your questions to explore an idea or technique in depth, or use the lessons to explore a new direction in your work. Demonstrations are available for wheel throwing functional and decorative pottery, altering forms, handbuilding, carving, texturing, sketching in 3D, adding elements together, etc. These personalized workshop sessions are intended for those with prior experience either hand building or on the pottery wheel.
One hour, two hour, and packages available for you and/or a friend to share.
$75 for one hour
