EZ Up 10 x 10 tent. White.

There is a replacement roof that has not yet been used.

4 concrete tube weights. I'm assuming they are 25# each

4 stabilizers for the sides

4 walls and awning. (not pristine. They've seen muddy venues.)

Director's chair with black fabric seat.

There is also some white fabric that was used as table cloths.
