When: Wednesday, May 14, 6 pm - 8 pm (all are welcome to arrive as early as 5:30 pm)


Who: Rachel Smith and the Studio Potters at Reems Creek Pottery


Where: Reems Creek Pottery, 181 Reems Creek Road, Weaverville, NC


Topic: How do you get your creativity and motivation back after a crisis, or a natural disaster -We will have a round table discussion


Secondary Topic: We are all experimenting with new clays, from Standard to Kentucky Mudworks to Laguna with the loss of Highwater Clays. If you have clays that aren’t working for you, bring them to share with someone who wants to try them. Also discuss which clays are working to substitute for ones we are no longer able to get. 


Bonus: Door prize of a bucket of Amaco Indigo Float Glaze.


Food Situation: Potluck - bring food and drinks to share.


Parking: Ample parking in parking lot. Look for the big sign on Reems Creek Rd. If you see the Karpen Soccer Field you have gone just a bit too far.
