November Clay Club with Shane Mickey at Mars Hill University!

November Clay Club will be next Wednesday, November 8th, at Mars Hill University from 5-7 pm (note that the time is different from our usual schedule). Thanks to Shane Mickey for hosting us!

Shane will give a tour of the ceramic studio facilities and talk about the program at Mars Hill. He may also do a demonstration if there’s time.

Shane provided these directions to the ceramics studio after using the above directions to get to the campus: turn left at Wells Fargo Bank. The studio is down the driveway to the right. The white garage door will be open - look for piles of brick. I will inform campus security so people can park wherever since by that time it should be pretty empty as everyone was gone home.

We’ll have our usual potluck, so bring food to share. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed, so please bring drink to share, just nothing alcoholic.
