•RENT/TRADE - $125 fee per month includes water and Internet Renter pays utilities based on use

•Trade includes: feeding indoor studio cats, seasonal mowing & watering,  additional studio tasks

•Renter must be responsible, communicative, & CLEAN

•Detailed lease provided upon approval
