 Minnesota Flat Top Kiln for Sale $3500. for all

External Dimensions: 50” wide X 68” deep X 63” tall

Stacking space 36” x 36” x 36”+ (4 sets of 18” shelves)

Soft brick, suitable for Cone 10 reduction (not suitable for salt or soda)

Hard brick in floor and around burner ports

48 Thorley clay shelves 18” x 18” by 1”

(most are flat and in good conditions; Very thin kiln wash on one side. Some have

some glaze drips; a few have small cracks)

4 venturi burners with gages for propane

piping for gas

Other miscellaneous parts:

1” angle iron

Iron rods that held bricks for the roof (some warped)

Ceramic fiber (not sure how much, but probably enough to cover the top)

Assorted hard and fire brick that were the base of the flue

Wire cable

Hardibacker for base

Partially disassembled and packed in boxes (floor in place)

Construction diagrams.

Could be rebuilt as a car kiln.

Will need a new top and flue. Some bricks from the original top are still whole; some ½-

3/4”; useable in wall. Most bricks in good condition; some broken, but packed together as

whole.

Located in Newland, NC, (near Grandfather Mountain). Easy access.
