The Arrowmont Artists-in-Residence Program application deadline is February 1st.

The benefit package for each Resident Artist is approximately $12,000.
This includes a $300.monthly stipend, a private studio, shared housing, meals, utilities, professional development funds and exhibition space.  Paid teaching opportunities are also available.
In exchange, Residents each work an average of 10 hours per week for the School in a variety of studio, gallery, programs and publicity needs.

Residents live and work in Arrowmont’s creative, supportive community environment and interact with over 150 visiting workshop artists throughout the year.
The Artists-in-Residency Program now in its 21st year provides early career artists the time and support necessary to develop a new body of work and advance their careers professionally.
