OOh, yes! I want one too! Will they be tested for leaching/durability?
John Britt saidā€¦
It will be with Lark Books.

I won't test for durability but will have glazes that should be more durable as well as all other types.

As always you have to test your glazes for durability. Even the MC6 glazes need to be tested ..they only give the possibility of more durability not guarantees!

I'm in on the first edition.... when can we pre-order from the author?

You guys are all very nice and encouraging but it will be out with Lark Book in 2014. I just have a deadline coming up but there are still many other things to do. So be patient!

Very exciting - a contingent at the Colorado Potters Guild has been working on ^6 reduction firings and having some good success (and some not so good), but still a lot of experimentation.
Can't wait. Your high fire glaze book is my 'bible'. Hope Lark puts it out early in 2014.

Tell Lark to do a big printing - this is going to be very popular!
